How much does nonprofit event management software cost?
EventSnap offers transparent, published pricing for nonprofits. The Pro plan is $500/year plus a 1% event fee and includes everything most organizations need to run their events. A lower-cost Lite plan is available at $100/year plus a 5% event fee for smaller or occasional events, and an EventSnap & AuctionSnap plan at $800/year adds full auction management. All plans include unlimited events and secure Stripe payment processing.
What kinds of events can I run with EventSnap?
EventSnap is built for nonprofit events of all kinds, including galas and fundraisers, charity golf tournaments, walks, runs, and rides, and community programs or classes. You can sell paid tickets, register groups and teams, or run free registration-only events.
Do I need to use DonorSnap to use EventSnap?
No. EventSnap works fully on its own. If you also use DonorSnap, guest registrations and payments sync to your donor records automatically — but a CRM is not required, and you can export event data to Excel to use with any system.
Does EventSnap charge per ticket?
EventSnap charges a flat annual plan fee plus a small percentage event fee (1% on the Pro plan), rather than a per-ticket charge. Standard Stripe payment processing fees also apply.
Can I create free tickets or registration-only events?
Yes. You can publish free registration-only event pages on any plan. The Pro plan also includes a dedicated “Free Ticket” item type for offering complimentary tickets or capping attendance at a free event.
